ERCDC programs and services are fully funded and regulated by the New York State Department of Education and the New York City Department of Education. All teachers and therapists are certified/ licensed by the New York State Education Department and receive ongoing supervision and training. Center-based programs are licensed by the New York City Department of Health, Bureau of Day Care.
